At Studio 23, we specialise in refined, intentional tattooing with a focus on fine line, detail and longevity. Your consultation allows us to design something that sits beautifully on your body and holds meaning for years to come.

What to Expect

Your consultation is a relaxed, one-to-one appointment where we will:

Discuss your idea
We’ll talk through your concept, references, placement and overall vision.

Offer creative guidance
We’ll advise on what will work best for your body, skin and long-term wear. This may include size, placement adjustments or design refinements.

Plan your design
We’ll begin shaping the direction of your tattoo and discuss style, detail level and composition.

Answer any questions
Pain, healing, timing, pricing, preparation - nothing is off limits.

Provide a quote & booking plan
You’ll leave knowing the cost, time required and next steps to secure your tattoo appointment.

Consultation Options

Consultations are available in person at our private studio in Stockport or via video call if this is easier for you.

In-person consultations

Our studio is a private, appointment-only space designed to feel calm, focused and personal. We don’t publicly advertise our address online, as we intentionally keep the environment quiet and free from walk-ins so that all attention is on you during your time with us.

Once your consultation is booked, the full studio address and arrival details will be sent to you via email.

Video consultations

If you’re travelling, short on time, or simply prefer to chat from home, we also offer video consultations. These are just as thorough and allow us to discuss your ideas, placement and design direction in detail before booking your tattoo appointment.

Who Should Book a Consultation?

A consultation is ideal if you:

• Want a custom tattoo designed specifically for you

• Are unsure about placement, sizing or design direction

• Are planning a larger or more detailed piece

• Would like to meet us and experience the studio before booking

• Value a thoughtful, collaborative design process
